Chicago native David Stagl’s passion for music developed in high school and has grown into a burgeoning career of engineering and performing.  As a musician he has performed everywhere from small clubs to noteworthy venues such as the Chicago House of Blues.  As an engineer he has shown his versatility engineering and producing corporate, broadcast, studio, and live projects and events.

In 2006 Dave relocated to Atlanta where he currently serves on staff as the Audio Director for North Point Community Church.  In his spare time, Dave also authors the blog Going to 11 where he offers up his own experiences, tips, and tricks for audio engineers working in houses of worship.  As his schedule permits, Dave is available as a freelance engineer and consultant.

Dave currently lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and son.
